Shipping and Returns

We ship orders Australia-wide via Australia Post. Where available, tracking number is provided to the customer within 24 hours after shipping the item for tracking.

Australia Post

Australia Post has the widest network coverage over Australia and has an online tracking system (Excluding Standard Mail) where customers can trace and track their order with the tracking details provided. Items will be shipped using the suitable option provided by Australia Post.

Delivery timeframe provided by AusPost for deliveries within Australia is between 1-10 days.

Please note we ship orders to address provided on your account or checkout. Customers need to make sure the shipping address provided is exact and accurate.

Any parcel delivered will require a signature from the customer. Upon signing, the transaction will be concluded. We do not accept claims for parcels where the shipping company has obtained a signature from any person at the receiver’s address.

* Please note for international orders there may be tax and duty charges that are required to be paid by the BUYER. Each country has different thresholds at which Tax and Duty charges are applied. Please check your country’s import and duty taxes before you make the purchase. If you do not understand or are unable to find out what charges there are, please send us an email and we will look into it for you. Please also note that due to customs duties and taxes, there may be delays in your order once they reach your country.




If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will provide a full refund.

After your order is dispatched, you may contact us for a change-of-mind return up to 30 days after the date of dispatch. The item(s) must be returned to us in a factory sealed and unopened condition. 30% restocking fee plus postage charges will be deducted from the refund.

Please be advised that return postage is to be paid by buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a change-of-mind return if the item(s) is no longer in a merchantable condition.


If you receive a DOA item(s) upon delivery, we will either replace a new unit for you or refund you the purchase price, provided a DOA claim is made within 7 business days of the product being received.

Where possible, item(s) should be returned to us with the original, undamaged packaging including all accessories and manuals that shipped with the item(s). If any of the above item(s) is not included, we reserve the right to reject your DOA claim. We may take up to 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the faulty item(s) to resolve your claim.


All products sold by us are covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This means that should your item become faulty within this period, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund (subject to restocking fees). Please check the manufacturer’s warranty information, or contact our customer services for further details about the warranty period of your specific item.

If you find that your item is faulty or not working as expected, please contact us. Where possible, we will try to troubleshoot your issue and resolve it without the need for a returns process.

Should a return be deemed appropriate, we will provide a return authorization (RA). You will then be responsible for sending the item back to us. Please ensure that your RA number is affixed to the returned item. We will take between 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of the faulty unit to process your warranty claim.

In most cases, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly, as they will be better positioned to provide a repair or replacement for your item.

We will pay for your return shipping if you report a problem with your system within two weeks of receipt. It is the buyer’s responsibility to package their system carefully before sending it to us. We will not be liable for any damage incurred to the system during its return delivery.


If you believe an error has been made in shipping your item, please contact us. Please understand that we have limited control over the delivery process but we will work with our couriers to ensure that you receive the product in a prompt and complete manner. Please ensure that your postal address provided is correct. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered item as a result of an incorrect shipping address. The customer is liable for any postage charges incurred to resend the returned packages.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For the product provided, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
